If you need extra assistance or are a wheelchair user, please come to the venue at least 40 minutes before the start of the event. That way we can help you the best way possible.

We strive to welcome visitors with specific needs as best we can and to let you enjoy a concert or show in the best conditions.

About your place

We care a lot about visitors with disabilities. We want to assure you that elevators are always available to be used by those with special needs. Also, the Trixxo Arena has special spaces for wheelchair users and their companions.

Parking for holders of an EU parking card for people with disabilities

Just in front of the venue there are parking spots for wheelchair users and holders of an EU parking card for people with disabilities. If you need help getting to the venue and back to the car park, please do not hesitate to contact one of our staff members. A strict control is maintained on these reserved spots. So please keep your EU parking card, ID and entrance ticket ready to show to our parking attendants.

Are you temporarily less mobile?

Are you temporarily less mobile and not a holder of an EU parking card for people with disabilities? If you want to use the reserved parking spots, you will need to inform our parking attendants, preferably with a doctor’s or other medical certificate as proof. Or you can also contact us in advance by sending an email to info@trixxo-arena.be.
